Where do I start: First I love looking at my clean house after they have finished cleaning. Two, I like that they are dependable and always come unless I call to skip a cleaning. Three, I like that they are not my employees (with all the payroll and other personnel issues) but that they feel like my friends who come to visit every other week.
As for products, I'm not aware of them - this is great because it means no strong cleaning fragrances and they do the job they are designed to do - clean counters, floor, etc.
Basically I love the job my ladies do!
I have used your services for years. Obviously I am quite satisfied with the service or I wouldn't have remained a customer for so long. Generally the cleaning has been good over the years, especially when I have had consistency in the staff who have cleaned my house. Occasionally the cleaning has not been as good. My interactions with the Merry Maid staff - office and staff and cleaning staff -- has been professional and responsive to my questions and requests. The service for the cost (value for my money) has remained positive, and even improved as costs have remained steady.

After the cleaning, home has a fresh scent, not a harsh chemical smell. Since I've had the first deep cleaning, which was a lot of hard work for the ladies, I feel inspired to maintain basics during the time between visits. I am looking forward to the bi-weekly visits that will keep my home in tip top shape.

I like the flexibility if you need to change your day or time, and I like that they will use my products for certain tasks if I prefer. The products they use of their own seem to do a good job as well.
