No concerns about the service. I've created a cleaning list that I use for each visit which helps when I have alternate cleaners.
My only concern is the cost. My home takes on average 2 hours to clean and the cost is $160. I can only guess that the actual home cleaners are making $20 per hour without benefits. That suggests a profit of 120 is being made monthly. Additionally, I supply all my own cleaning supplies and tools (vacuum, etc).
$120 profit is very healthy. I'd feel better about the cost if the workers were getting more than $20 per hour and my total $160 monthly cost remained the same.
I was very happy to see that Merry Maids did not attempt to increase my 2019 monthly fee. Should that have happened, I would have called to waive the increase.
Aside from my cost concerns, I am very satisfied with the service. The workers work hard every time they come to my house and do a fantastic job.
