I was very happy with my last cleaning. I remember many years ago there was an amazing smell that the maids used..it was kinda a cinnamon fresh type smell. Is is possible to uses a little more scent when you clean?

On time and if not, they call me. Friendly and I feel comfortable having them in my home. They are efficient and leave our home sparkling and smelling nice. And they were so understanding when I pointed out that after putting cleaner on the stainless fridge, it helped to then take a clean cloth and give it a second rub - takes the streaks away!

The girls did a great job. There were only a couple of things I had a question about. I think they missed the ceiling fan in the master bedroom (it's the only fan in the house so that is understandable). And then they didn't move the couch to sweep underneath it (that may not be something they are allowed to do...not sure). Otherwise they did a great job.

To be honest, Merry Maids has only been to our house once (this past Wednesday)so I only have one experience to comment on. It might be best to send this in a couple of months. The first time cleaning was a good experience.

Quick service, fair pricing and a very clean home

Reliable. Different people at different times means everything gets done sometime. Kitchen is always sparkling. Bathrooms are always clean and usually sparkling clean. Everyone is friendly and polite.

Maids do a very thorough job and I happen to be there are very friendly.

We love Michelle and Shannon! They are the best! They go out of their way to make our home clean and it sparkles each time they come. I especially like the wood floor cleaner. We have circle sawn wood floors and the cleaner leaves a beautiful finish.
