They do an excellent job of cleaning and the house has a fragrant clean smell upon returning to the house. Over time, the workers become familiar with your house and cleaning preferences. But someone will always show up on schedule, even if the regulars are sick or on vacation. They are trusted to be left in the home alone.
I like having someone else take care of the cleaning a couple of times a month. It always looks good afterward.

The house was really clean but more than that it was that the people doing the work cared as was shown by their desire to get even things with years of stains built up as clean as possible. Then there's the little touches of cornering the TP, nice touch. Quality assurance shows up for new clients and makes sure the team didn't miss anything and answers any questions the team might have. Very professional organization.
Danielle does a super job and is very efficient. I know I can count on her and trust her work. She's a pleasure to have in my home. :)

The call ahead to remind me. The workers are on time. The workers do their job and the place is clean when they leave.
They always ask about the office and whether they should clean. I do tax returns there. Sometimes I have confidential material out and cannot let them in. I appreciate that they understand that and always ask.
