The dependability of the service is excellent. The cleanliness is also very good. The products used are fine. We do use our own floor cleaner.
My only concern is that when something is broken in the home, the ladies do not always tell me and I discover the broken item days later. I understand accidents happen and I am not upset about that. Please leave me a note or the broken item in sight so I know to repair or get the item replaced. Please be aware that this is not a new request! Thank you
