Besides the obvious convenience of having your house cleaned while you're at work, the staff does a thorough job and is engaged in the process which makes Merry Maids a valuable service. They tell me ahead of time which areas will receive "special attention" the next visit and they tell me about any extra effort they gave a particular problem spot. They're efficient and reliable. I work from home and they're respectful of my schedule and office, alerting me when they're ready to clean that space. The ladies were very thorough and tried to clean everything that we asked for within the time allotted. Most of the cleaning products were great. The stove and microwave had a dry white residue remaining that we needed to rub off.
Because multiple people clean at the same time, they are in and out of the house very quickly.
