Services are great! Products were a little strong smelling (I'm on oxygen) but Mandy worked with me and all is OK now. Mandy is a great team leader and she always checks to see if everything is OK with me before she leaves.

Attitude of your employees is generally quite nice. Not real happy about the smells of some of the products used but at least they work.
Everything is done quickly and professionally and when I walk in the house smells nice and clean.
My sinks, toilets and tubs get so clean and white. I love it. They also do a fantastic job cleaning the stove of all the muck that accumulates around the burners. I also love that their vacuums suck up so much better than mine do and when they leave the carpets are cleared of all animal hair. By the time my cleaning crew leave my tile floor is also clean and not sticky anywhere. I love Merry Maids and have often told friends and family to give them an opportunity to make their homes immaculate !

Usually the same crew, do a good job and are on time. I you could use more "green" cleaning agents.
The ladies are very careful when they are cleaning to insure nothing get damages. Overall, the cleaning is consistently excellent. I would be very comfortable in recommending Merry Maids.
