Merry Maids is always reliable. We never have issues with scheduling, and they're great to work with - friendly and accomodating. We never have to worry that areas were looked over, they are very thorough. The house always looks great and smells amazing when they're done.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

It would be nice if we could have the same staff each time instead of having different cleaners each time. The last two just did an “ok” job. We’ve had better service from other staff members.
If we had the same people/cleaners each time, I would like to get them gift cards or presents for Christmas. I can’t do it if we get different people each time.
