Very thorough and conscientious. I had one young lady last week whom I had never met, and when asked to run the sweeper in the laundry room, she spontaneously thoroughly cleaned the entire laundry room. It had not been cleaned and organized like this in 15 years. A+++ to this lady. I wish I had gotten her name.

My only complaint is that occasionally the team arrives later than specified.

Merry Maids are great. They arrive within the time slot they give you. They always do an excellent job and the cleaning supplies leaves the house clean and smelling fresh. I especially like the vacuum cleaners they use. They really clean the carpets well.
