Sometimes they might miss replacing the trash bag in my home office, but they even emptied out my paper shredder last month, which was great! They do a great job in the kitchen and in the bathroom, and in the apartment overall. The cleaning staff is always very friendly. I also like receiving the reminder phone call the week prior to cleaning day. I definitely would recommend Merry Maids to my friends and colleagues.
