Loved that no bleach or strong smelling products were used but the house felt VERY clean.

For the most part service has been great. I recently had a cleaning in which I was not 100% satisfied hence the reason for a 9 instead of 10. The cleaning wasn't up to par as previous cleanings. I inquired if someone new had cleaned my home and was told another person accompanied the lady who normally cleans. I was offered to have them come back out but I declined but I did appreciate the offer to make it right. That alone meant a lot.

I really like the fragrance that fills my home after the ladies clean. They also make the carpet look like new iwith the way they vacuum.
