I had to change my cleaning date at the last minute and Kevin was very accommodating and scheduled us for the following week. Ms. Gladys Bright cleaned our house and she did a wonderful job. Very thorough. I have a cat’s litter box in a bathtub. I never expected merry maids to clean area (not the actual litter box but area where cat jumps out and leaves litter) but Ms. Bright vacuumed up all the excess litter in the tub! Have used them for years and recommend.

Mindy did a phenomenal job in our office. She asked questions about specific issues we would like addressed, handled the leftover mess from a construction repair, and left the office looking and smelling cleaner than it has in a year. I could not have asked for better service.

Sandra, Karla and Marta are very good. They are on time, very friendly and polite; very professional and do a good job for me. I have used them for over a year. They do very well with the baths and kitchen, and dusting the tables etc. They were here on 6-16-20; but I noticed that they are not cleaning the floors at the base boards as well as they should; they missed quite a few places and left lots of dust bunnies. I have all hardwood floors with good rugs. They seem to be vacuuming the rugs, but maybe are using a duster for the outer edges to the wall base boards and leaving lots of wuzzies?? They should vacuum those floor perimeters as well, maybe even changing the nozzle of the vac tube to a smaller pointed one, so they can suck up the wuzzies. Thank you.
