None of the products overwhelm. I like the cinnamon. The glass cleaner is awesome.
Consistency of service. No delay in the event your Merry maid is sick. Someone else will come. Cost seems reasonable.
My home is on My farm and I have dirt roads so sometimes it is difficult at certain times of the day to see all of the cobwebs the dusty baseboards the things up high seem to not be part of the vision span.
so if I had any suggestions besides going back and doing it myself is to look at everything that’s wood and know that there are cobwebs behind it and that the air return vents are fuzzy but for the most part , they mop the floor well they clean the bathrooms well but it’s those little things that bug me that keep me from giving you a 10.

Extremely professional - both staff and house cleaners. Always notify the day before of the appointment, let me know that they are on their way the day of the appointment. Cleaning is thorough and the products smell nice.

Staff in office are helpful. They try to honor requests and resolve concerns immediately. The team in our home do a great job cleaning , the products are pet-friendly, and I’ve been very pleased with the service.
Overall the service provided was great. It really helped out a lot to not have to worry about cleaning my home when getting off of work. The job done was very thorough. The reason I would not rate a 10 is that upon looking under my couches and my bed I still had toys from my child and trash. I am just going to assume they don't clean under the beds or couches.

My granddaughter was facing a liver transplant, so providing some relief to my daughter-in-law and son was important to me. I also felt that the liver donor was also in need of some support. I contracted with Merry Maids to clean the two homes so both families could focus on healing. Dealing with them has been incredibly easy. They provided deep cleaning on the first visit to each home, and then provided maintenance over the following weeks after release from the two hospitals. Living out of state, they put my mind at ease with our first contact. Their services have been excellent, and have allowed both families to focus on recovery with less stress and worry. Skill of cleaners, all the products are pet-safe, office staff are pleasant and promptly deal with any issues I might have.
Merry Maids is a great service to help you keep up when everyone is busy working and at school. They have outstanding team members who have always done a great job cleaning our home. They also take care around everything and are always courteous and careful - just as if it was their own home. Finally, the products and equipment they have to use are great. Merry Maids even made sure to get better disinfectant for use in high touch areas during the COVID pandemic, helping us to limit the spread of everything we might have brought into our home from our ventures to the store and work.
