Merry maids have done a great job for us over the past years. I will and have recommended Merry Maids to my friends. The Merry Maids are very dependable and on time. They are helpful and will do just about anything we need done...like turning cushions and vacuuming furniture if we request. They are always very pleasant and friendly. We have never had a problem with the work they have done for us and highly recommend them.

I like your services and products. I really resent the CONSTANT requests from you about your services. One of the reasons I use your services is to save time. Why do you ask your clients to spend time answering these surveys? I HAVE NEVER HAD AN ANSWER TO THIS QUESTION.

I recently learned that your employees have had to have a certain number of surveys about their work to earn points. This is bad management. I AM ON THE EDGE OF FINDING A HOUSEKEEPER INSTEAD OF YOUR MANAGEMENT STYLE....AND IT MAY BE AMONG YOUR EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES.

Usually there are two or three Merry Maids at my house, they are very thorough and quick - in and out in a timely manner. Very pleasant people, who visit with me, but get right to work.
