Being able to come home to a professionally cleaned and cared for home is what I really like about Merry Maids. I try to race my kids home and enjoy the space before they come home and possibly ruin the beauty/peace Merry Maids creates once a month.
Consistency -- being able to count on them to be here regularly & do a good job! It is a little more expensive than I was used to, but has been worth it due to the dependability, etc.
You come on time and get the job done. I honestly don't care for the smell of your products but they seem to work fine and in a few hours the smell is gone.

I love that you come in and clean what and where I want. I have had Merry Maids come to my house for a lot of years and I have always felt very comfortable and secure. The house smells so clean when they are done.
Service is always provided. The only time that Merry Maids did not come to work was after a road-closing snow storm - they came the next day.
They are dependable and efficient and go out of heir way to accommodate me. As far as I can tell, your products do the job. I really appreciate their services.
They do a great job. If I'm not satisfied, I tell them and they take care of it. I really don't pay attention to the products used.
