Your employee did a great job and he managed to do it all by himself. I would highly recommend your service so long as you are not in a time crunch. The lead time of two weeks may not work for everyone. Communication could be a little better also (we were told the day before that the arrival time would be late afternoon (between 3 and 4). At 3:00 PM I called to let you know that we were at the house to let them in and to find out an ETA. I was told they still had about another hour of work at their previous job plus travel time. Putting us at an expected arrival time of 4:30PM. We stayed until 6:10 and when they still had not arrived we left.
I got a call at 6:30 PM while we were on the expressway stating that they had just arrived. Luckily the gentleman was available the next morning at 7:00 am and managed to finish/work around the realtor and photographer while he finished cleaning. I was told that my receipt/invoice would be emailed to me. That was Saturday and I am still waiting on my receipt. I have called and left two messages for someone to email it to me but I have not received it yet. Please help!

If it was feasible, having a few ladies who consistently come would be preferable
