Whatever is used to clean in the bathrooms does an excellent job and smells great too. I really appreciate the willingness of everyone to accommodate changes in schedules.

The Merry Maids are thorough and everything looks and smells clean when they leave.

I like the way the floors look when you're finished. I like the deep cleaning cycle, so that each room is thoroughly cleaned every few times, including baseboards.

They will listen and try to do what you have requested for your cleaning.

You are always there on time on the date selected. You do not use cleaners that leave a strong smell. Anytime we ask for specifics or extras , you accommodate us and anytime we actually talk to the cleaners (we usually try to be out of the house) they are so friendly.

Merry Maids does a very good job, and if there are any issues they take care of it right away.

I like how convenient it is and that Merry Maids is a well known and trusted company.

Quality work, very responsive to new requests

I don't need to get down on my hands and knees to clean -- someone else (Merry Maids) does. Your vacuums are powerful. The stovetop has all the grease removed. It shines, as do the countertops. I feel like "my" Merry Maid is a friend - she is always on time, she knows our lifestyle, she knows our likes/dislikes. She is competent, efficient, and always professional.

I like having my home cleaned, but I am not totally thrilled about the product you use to clean with. I find streak on furniture and glass after a couple of days
