Your business was very straightforward to initially contact for an estimate, the estimate itself was done in a friendly manner and quickly, and during the cleaning, the wall stains which I presumed accumulated from years of smoking, whatever product was took the stains right off nicely, and had a nice smell as well that made me sneeze pleasantly.

I like that I have the same person every time. She is thorough, caring about my home and has a wonderful personality. Brightens up the house. I am sure you have more staff that is like Leslie but I like consistency especially when I am not home when she is here. She is the BEST!

I do like have Linda however last time she was here with another girl forgot her name,
My house was as clean as in the past and in my brother inlaws room the bed was even made. So not sure if I expecte to much or not but my bed is always made if I don't make it. Linda makes it. So I told my brother inlaw I wasn't sure why they didn't make it. And I can't remember if you aware of the smells with my brother inlaw Clorox brother's him. And I mentioned it to Linda she did apologize but I believe you always be supplied to change it to make it right or just use the other cleaner.

Merry maids is always prompt, friendly, and professional. Customer service is great as well.
Like the consistency of having the same person do the cleaning. The work is thorough and workers are polite and responsive to reasonable requests. Cleaning products work very well, do not contain noxious fragrances. All in all the cost of service is well worth it. I am completely satisfied with Merry Maids service at my house.
