I am grateful to the Merry Maids as I can no longer do household cleaning. The maids do a thorough job and I feel are well trained. Each Merry Maid comes in and gets right to work. Never have I observed them talking on cell phones or "sitting down on the job". When they leave, my place is SO clean, I don't want to touch anything and spoil that look.
Customer Service is always wiling work with us for any changes, additions, deletions. In house workers are always courteous and helpful. They do a wonderful job of keeping our house clean
