I would actually rate at a 6.5. For an initial cleaning, it was ok. There was still a lot of dust on the walls and art on the walls. The kitchen stove was cleaned well, but I would have expected more attention to detail. I am debating on keeping the service

You use the same types of earth friendly cleaning products that I do/did. Also, you use a vacuum with a beater which I always found was much better at getting pet hair. You don't just hit the surfaces, you clean better than I would with the routine stuff. Finally, when the fridge, windows, baseboards, or cabinet fronts need scrubbing all I have to do is call you and and it gets done,

We feel the service is exceptional. Both of us have allergies and we have not had any problems with the products used to clean our home.

We hired Merry Maids to clean a three story ninety six year old house. That included board and batten walls, hard wood floors, bathrooms and kitchen. The two who did the work were on time, worked efficiently and did an exceptional job. They were very pleasant with us and also with each other. As for the products used, they seemed to have worked well leaving the house looking and smelling fresh and clean. Will use Merry Maids of ASheville again!
