I thought the cleaning performed was very good and I didn't feel like they were rushing to finish or get out of my house. The ladies did a really nice job of cleaning. Much better cleaning than the personal service I was using.

Flexible cleaning procedure -- able to just call and request addition or removal of rooms. Also can request no products used on particular surfaces, like our artwork.
And our home is really, really clean after the Merry Maids team is done. Better than I would do!
