We were happy with the service. They were very friendly and did a great job. The only thing I would recommend would be when we called for service, we were very clear that we were requesting service on a commercial kitchen. It turns out that Merry Maids doesn't typically do commercial jobs, but that they could have referred us to Service Master and didn't mention that on the phone. When they came in for their walk through we were then up against a time crunch so they went ahead and did the job. Although they did a good enough job to get us by they admitted that they were limited by what they could do compared to Service Master. However, they had a great attitude and worked really hard. We now have the correct information next time.
The young women who cleaned were very professional. They were thorough in cleaning, used time we'll end were accomodating.

Having pleasant and efficient Maids is important to me. Merry Maids provides an excellent service with terrific employees. The products used are gentle on my surfaces, which is a big plus. All in all, a very nice company with which to do business.
