Have had a wonderful relationship with Merry Maids for years, and I am pleased with your professional work and very pleasant ladies. The products are good except for "chlorine smelling" products. I have asked not to use them.
It would be very helpful for you to be able to let me know precisely at what time I should expect the team to arrive at my house. The current window is about three hours.

Don't know much about your products except that everything looks clean when the housekeepers are done. The office staff stays on top of cleaning schedules and services. The cleaners are always prompt and courteous and down to business. I really look forward to each cleaning Monday.

I love your services. I like having my regular lady Maria F. because she knows exactly how I like my house done. When I had different ladies I noticed after they left my mantle wasn't dusted and the air vents were not cleaned but I guess I'm just spoiled with Maria. But I've been a customer for 10 to 12 years and over all I'm very pleased.
