Merry Maids runs a professional, organized operation - something hard to find in many cleaning services in our area. The maids are always on time, always take the utmost of care, never cut corners when they clean, and always go above and beyond. I was using a different maid service because they were so much cheaper, but they often didn't show up for cleanings, messed up their schedules, and even lost my key. Having realized that you truly get what you pay for, I will be switching back to Merry Maids!

I like that my house is clean and I don't have to do it!! As far as the products, I am happy with everything except for the hardwood floor cleaner. I usually set out my own Bruce hardwood cleaner. I'm not sure if it was used this last cleaning (it was a different team than I usually have because I had to reschedule). The floor didn't have the clean shine; was streaky instead.

Efficient, through job
As far as the services, the cleaning is complete and better than I do, myself. The cleaning products remove grease better than over-the-counter products, leave no residue, and leave metallic and wood surfaces shiny as well as clean.

The only complaint I have is they dust around my pictures instead of lifting them and dusting. Also the lamp I have in the foyer they never dust the bottom part of the glass lamp, I do that after they leave. Again its not a huge complaint but at times its annoying. I can dust around things but its embarrassing when someone lifts a picture to look at it and there is thick dust underneath it. Otherwise I love your service. Thank you for asking
Merry Maids does a wonderful job cleaning our home. Their products make our stainless steel appliances look beautiful. I love how they pay special attention to specific rooms each time they come. They are also very pleasant and talk to out daughters if they are home.
