Sometimes I find they clean something that I wasn't expecting. They recently cleaned out the floor mat that holds all our shoes - it was a pleasant surprise, and they got it cleaner than I have been able to in the past.

Everything looked and smelled fresh after the cleaning. Some things were cleaned, like ceiling fans in the bathroom, which I didn't expect.
