What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

Overall they do a nice job! Sometimes things get missed but not bad. We're not crazy about the cleaner/cloths used on glass and stainless steel appliances. They are often streaky looking. I appreciate that you follow-up and ask for feedback occasionally.

We think the service is consistently great even when different staff come to our home. We especially like the extra care that they show towards our pets.

We appreciate the organized cleaning schedule that ensures that the entire house is cleaned over a reasonable time frame. We also appreciate that Becky is throughly professional as well as being personable. She engenders trust, and that's important to us.

I can count on Merry Maids to be at my home as scheduled. The crew(s) are respectful and are willing to be a bit flexible about the things to be done.

There are times when the odors of the cleaning solvents/powders are overwhelming. This I do NOT like.
