They were meticulous, I was very pleased with everything. The only reason it's not a 10 is the stairs and carpet in the loft. It was more a equipment problem. you can see the area was gone over, but there was still fuzz in the carpet. It didn't look like the brush on the vacuum was working.

The house looked clean and shiny when they left. We would prefer they use a spray cleaner for the bathroom sinks and countertops because the countertops were a little gritty. The hardwood floors looked great.
Service was friendly and fairly through. There was one or two spots that were missed but I may have forgotten to point them out. Over all a nice job.

I love coming home to a spotless house every two weeks. They get all the cleaning done that I just cannot find the time to do with my busy schedule. I hate a dirty house, but just do not have the time to shine hadwood, dust, etc. I don't know what you guys use, but things seem to stay clean longer when you do it. I love Merry Maids.

The service is great. Love walking into a house that you can tell by observation is totally clean. Not sure what products are used but they don't leave a smell which is good.
