The client service. Jay, the manager, is very prompt and courteous in scheduling. Ana and now Maria have been regularly coming every month to my residence for several years now. They know the house, they know what to do, and they do it well.

What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I like the women who come to my home - they work hard and are trustworthy. The people who answer the phones are always polite and try to accommodate me anyway they can. Not always sure about products used - good furniture always has a wet sheen that I have to wipe down. I also wish there was a check list for each room that the women could check to be sure everything is done 0 for ex., sometimes bags are not replaced in the garbage cans, light fixtures not always dusted, etc If there was a checklist, they may not miss these things.
