we have been a customer for quite awhile., we are retired and travel frequently. we had twice a month service and always tipped each lady 10$ each visit. the service was ok. the prices have increased over time and we got a nov 16 letter informing customers that service might be more expensive if visits were cancelled. we called and were told this would not apply to us since we gave adequate notice and informed them of our travel dates and plans. we recently were told our service might be more because of a trip we made. without specific notification of any additional charges, I checked my credit card statement and there was an additional charge for the last visit in September 17. I called and the springfield office was no help. just matter of fact, that's the way it is. my wife actually pre cleans and straightens up before the cleaners arrive. we have cancelled based on this billing practice and lack of customer service at the springfield office. would not recommend your service. bob and First name removed Jarvis,Phone number removed350

I went back to scope the level of work in an area in the back, and found - it was already clean! The way I would have cleaned it! This can only be the work of your team - Evangelina, Soyla, Rosa and her colleague wither Monday or Wednesday -- the first week we've been doing business together. You guys are terrific!!

Reliability and thoroughness!!

I have been using Merry Maids for years, and have always been happy with their service ... keep up the good work!

The lady that provides my service is a hard worker, very polite and professional. She is thorough and completes all tasks to my satisfaction.

The ladies do a good job. The cleaning service is reliable & I like being able to reschedule cleaning dates, although I don't do this often, with ease!
