They cover everything in great detail, put things back in exactly the same place, ask for my preferences where appropriate, and are extremely friendly and accommodating. It would be impossible to expect better than this from such top notch cleaning professionals.
The staff were polite and friendly. The cleaning was thorough and always smelled fresh when the service was done. I loved the small details such as the folded paper towels, the stripes in the vacuumed carpet, and overall seeing a cleaned and polished home.
The cleaning staff is personable as well as professional and responsive to requests. The products are not harsh or strong-smelling but do a great job! As I get older and can't do as well myself, I especially love having sparkling bathrooms and kitchen.
