This was my first time. They did a deep cleaning. They were very thorough and I was completely satisfied.

Maids are reliable. Always showing up on the scheduled date and complete the cleaning in the same amount of time. Cleanings are good, but sometimes the garbage under my bathroom sinks is forgotten. Some additional straightening up could also be done.

The young ladies you send are usually very thorough. Some get the dust under things others do not. Our home should have a team of two but we get one due to lack of available people. Overall we have been satisfied with the service and products used.

Wonderful attention to detail

I was impressed with the cleaning person. She even got on her hands and knees along the F.R. baseboards. A nice thorough job and everyone got in her way🙃but she didn't lose her cool, even when she had to redo something. Nice job!😉

We are a business - the consistent person in Katelyn taking care of us every week.

Cleaners are always pleasant and prepared. They go about their work and the results are always perfect.

I'm not familiar with the products used, however, I have inquired at different times the type of product used for specific areas. I do know that whatever is used, when they are done, my house has a fresh, clean scent throughout that is appreciated whether it's closed in winter or humid, hot summer!
Whenever I have specific areas that need cleaning, the staff is always receptive and responsive. I like that they are friendly to my three parrots and take time to talk with them when working in the area of the cages. Whether staff coming to my house is one or two ladies, they are thorough and work efficiently alone or together. The email reminders of service dates and notice that staff is on the way is helpful when planning my service day. Staff is flexible with scheduling should I need to make a change.

The staff is the best

The normal team of two aways do a good job. Some teams are more detailed than others but overall we are pleased. Our recent cleaning was done by a single person. SIERRA, who did a great job. I was told illness left them short handed. I trust that our bill will be the same with her working alone.
