I also love the fact that a real person answers the phone when you call Merry Maids. Sounds silly but people like me do not like talking to machines. For that you get an A plus.

We love Amber!! She’s always on time and keeps our home company ready at all times. We’ve asked her to used vinegar to clean with and she does! Our daughter is picky about having her room cleaned and amber honors her wishes. Yet cleans her room in a way that works for our daughter.

When moving internationally, there are a lot of things to get done. Being able to rely on Merry Maids to be on time and provide such a thorough and deep cleaning of our new home was a huge relief. The staff was extremely courteous and proficient. We are also very grateful for the constant communication provided by merry maids.
