Service is always reliable and our requests for certain products and occasional schedule changes are always honored.

They seem to do a good job. I have left my stove top cleaner on the counter to see if they would clean the top. They didn't touch it. They don't always dust everything; especially the lamps. Cabinets aren't always wiped down.

cleaners are focused. no messing around, no breaks unless I offered which they refused. For once, I have professionals in here. I checked the tops of picture frames and they were cleaned! Keep it up and I'll keep hiring you. But please don't let them get lazy.

Merry Maids has been very accomodating. When I ask for special attention to something or more attention to a particular topic. Also I like the fact that they use mild products but will use a special product with the appropriate safety documentation. I also appreciate the fact that they are bonded and have insurance and share this information upon request.

the only thing that i can complaint about is that they never do the dishes and i thought that was part of cleaning.

Seems very professional. Crew comes in cleans and then there is a nice note on my table telling me what was cleaned. I wonder how they can get it all cleaned in less than an hour and if they are really doing everything. It looks clean but I know the toilets sometimes look like they forgot them.

The team does a wonderful and complete job. The house always looks amazing after they're done. John's got a great formula for success!

Home is always clean, very professional. The products used are great.

I like the service because we don't have time to clean ourselves, but most times things don't get done the same every time. I mention it and it's gets done that day, but something else gets missed. There has been not one time that everything was done correctly!!

Having saying that, the majority of the cleaning gets done, just not the way it could be done by myself..........

I like that the whole house gets cleaned at one time (as opposed to when I clean the house, only one room gets clean at a time) and the products smell good.

They are diligent in their work. They are very polite. They ask questions when necessary. They are discret when other people are around and don't listen in on their conversations. They do a great job. I highly recommend Merry Maids.

For he most part the work is great and neet. I know that if something is not done right it will be corrected. The ladies are polite and very good with our cats.
