The ladies were excellent. They cleaned very well. They were able to get the ring out of the guest room toilet. I have tried and failed to get it out.They cleaned all of the rooms that were discussed in the Initial interview, and completed all tasks. The carpet was beautiful and the kitchen and bathroom floors were well done. The tile in the bathrooms and kitchen was really well cleaned. I was very happy with the service.

I really loved having these two women come to my rental property. Normally when a family leaves there is a high level of dust and such. I called and had the women come out for the stove and windows in the home. The windows to this day are beautifully spotless and they even showed me how to remove the window panes for easy cleaning. These two women were very helpful friendly and did an amazing job. I will use Molly Maids in the future!

I spoke with Leonar on the phone, and she was extremely polite. We set up service and the cleaners showed up on time, expectations were met. When I was able to get home and see the work, I was impressed. There were a few spots that were missed, or could have been cleaned better so when Leonar called to follow up, I told her about these small areas. She very graciously apologized and then offered not only to have the cleaners come back and take care of it (at no additional charge), she also gave me 10%. I am extremely pleased with this level of service and am very happy with the end result. It's customer service like this that keeps people coming back. I had a great experience with Merry Maids and will certainly use them again when I need another cleaning.
