The women are couteous and most do a good job. The women leave a green card from time requesting rating of their service, however, it would be helpful if your address was stamped so that your client could send it back more conveniently. You would probably get more responses. Name removed

I do like you services however I must say that the first time merry maids cleaned my house and I walked in my house it smelled so nice but since that first time I haven'y smelt that refreshing aroma since then. I have noticed my mini blinds have be damaged/bent each time my house has been cleaned. I love them cleaning my blinds very much I do wish they would be a little more careful with them. I'm very happy with the services you have been providing me thus for. The only complate I would have is that while cleaning my miniblinds the blinds have been bent several times. I have bent back but if I have to do that every time they are cleaned eventually they will break. I would asked that they be a little more careful with the blinds. Brenda Setliff.

The ladies always do a great do job and are courtious when they come.

It was a very easy service to begin and I was very pleased when I got home the day they cleaned. My floors were so clean and shiny. The only complaint I have is that a couple of my blinds were bendt where they were cleaned but I was so happy that they were cleaned that I hate to complain about it! Merry Maids are always happy to do any task that I need done. The ladies that come to my home are always cheerful and look like they enjoy doing their job. I love coming home after they have been there to a clean house with fresh sheets on the beds.

Everything was extremely clean and the home had a wonderful fresh smell to it. My floors shined better than I have ever seen them shine!! You can also tell that great care was taken to make sure everything was put back exactly like it was found. I am extrememly happy with my service and look forward to many more.
