I truly love the responsiveness of the company. Not every cleaning person or persons are the same. But it is clear the company tries to be as close to that equalness as possible. If some things were not attended to as usual by one team, the feedback helps to do some retraining and another team will be sent the next time to do better. I like the retraining concept. Every person can have a bad day for a million reasons. But continuity of the cleaning is expected and it seems rewarded by the company. It’s not easy managing independent offsite people. But Merry Maids is committed to good service.

Staff is prompt and friendly. Susanna does a good job.

I like that there isn’t a cloying smell but it’s still clean. I appreciate when the cleaning crew does a little extra like clean a ceiling fan or wired empty shelf space.

They are VERY thorough. They go above and beyond. Things that you don’t expect to be cleaned are cleaned. They are great communicators I.e. they let you know when they’re on their way and when they leave.
