I do like the thorough way of cleaning but as far as the products I'm not sure of. Bathrooms must have "a product"because it smells clean as well as looking clean. I also put out my own Pledge & I lkie that a lot.

Over all the condo was very clean, When you stopped over we talked about the master bathroom shower door frame I was a little disappointed that it was not addressed. We also talked about a "deep clean" not sure if that is part of the package I am on, if I am I would like to have the Kitchen to be the first one to get done.

Didn't see what products you used. I was very satisfied with your thoroughness but there were items in our bathroom that were not put back in their original places.

I like the efficiency and friendliness of the two Merry Maids I've been lucky enough to have serving this household since nearly the beginning. Stacey Hammill is a fantastic human being as well as knowing how to clean a house! And Amber is a treasure. Thank you for the hgh level of employee I've had the good fortune to have assigned to me.

My apologies for the delay in response; I have been trying to say this in exactly the right way, and am still not sure I've succeeded.

I very much appreciate that Stacey remembers our home from cleaning to cleaning, and always cares for the house in the way she knows we live in it. She has a great instinct for when to ask a question, when to figure something out, and particularly, when to make a suggestion. With my ill health, I've even become comfortable in having her here when I've not been able to have things ready for a cleaning, and that is saying a lot for me. Given today's change in staff, I am hoping that this is not a permanent arrangement.

As for the products used, that is all fine, though some of my original requests have fallen by the wayside.

I have already shared my satisfaction with Merry Maids with a number of acquaintances. However, I have never attached my name to any public promotions; I'm just shy this way. But I must say that my appreciation is very deeply felt, probably more so than many customers. Thank you for all you (including the office staff) have done, especially to help me through the last several years--and particularly the last seven months--of difficult health concerns. It has been a blessing.

The house is clean but no chemical smells!

Eferyone I've come in contact with from Merry Maids, has been reliable, and well trained in their duties.

I love that the ladies who clean my home are the same every time so that they become part of the family/home. I feel very good bout leaving my home in their hands If I have to run out. I also am happy about the excellent job the ladies do and if I need to address a concern it is taken care of immediately!
