Good morning, I love that 80-90% of the time now, we have the same house keepers taking care of our home. The quality manager personally created a cleaning plan with me that individualizes our needs:) Continuity of care, outstanding outcomes, professionalism, and trust is what we expect and have established with Merry Maid. Routinely we see the same quality outcomes that we are purchasing as requested when we set up our contract. We are happy with our Services! Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Last name removed 4/30/2018.

I love the products that they use. Stains that I have not been able to get out are gone because of them. There has been some question to the accuracy of cleaning as some places that should have been dusted or vacuumed were not. This seems to have been rectified on this last visit but will be paying close attention to the details on future cleanings.
