Our former Pastor was reassigned to a larger church, and our new Pastor was arriving shortly from Texas. We had a very tight window of time to clean and disinfect our parsonage while it was vacant. Merry Maids worked us into their schedule, and then did a superb job of cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces to assure the parsonage was ready for its new occupants. Beth and her team were a pleasure to work with, even going above and beyond by helping us to post some left over furniture items on Craig's List. We will use Merry Maids again as the need arises, and I am sure that members of our congregations will also seek out Merry Maids as a result of their timely and efficient work on this project.

What do I like? Everything, the prompt response to issues that come up the the personnel that come to clean our house. The quality of the job they do. It's a hard job going to other people's houses and dealing with their mess us included.

This is the 3rd time I've provided feedback. Once, immediately after the cleaning, another (i believe) a few days later and now this one. a little overkill on the feedback I think.

We love Calie - she always does a fantastic job! The products she uses are great too - I am sensitive to a lot of fragrances but never have an issue with anything she uses.

I appreciate the seriousness with which Merry Maids has taken the Coronavirus pandemic, and the value they have placed on the health of both employees and customers. I appreciate the steps they’ve taken to follow official guidelines; both in closing services when called upon and then in the cautious way they began reopening. The emphasis on health and safety is commendable.

Our cleaning team always does an awesome job! But especially during this time, it was great to have their help in keeping our house clean and germ free. They are taking precautions to safeguard their employees as well as their customers.
