What do you like about our services and the products used in your home?

I prefer to have the same ladies clean my home every month, provided there are two that I like. This hasn't happened recently. The products you use are fine.

Carol at Schaumburg Merry Maids is extremely friendly and VERY understanding when it comes to my crazy schedule. Sometimes I work 14- to 16-hour days and don't have it in me to prep for Merry Maids to come into my house, and Carol is always very flexible, which I greatly appreciate. The cleaners who come into our home are always very friendly and perform their work quickly and efficiently. In particular, we have a great relationship with Paula and Ashlie, who not only do a great job but also have great attitudes. Our dogs love them too!

I am completely satisfied with all the products used and the service rendered by the girls. I also appreciated being able to call and change dates or discuss concerns.
