I have only had positive experiences with Merry Maids! They are very flexible if we need to change our cleaning date. The very rare times they need to change cleaning dates or times on their end, they contact us with plenty of time.

I never actually saw the apartment after it was cleaned--it was a move-out clean--but I wasn't charged for any cleaning by my apartment, which was otherwise strict enough to charge me $80 for normal use of light bulbs.

They are quick and thorough. The cost is cheap compared to the time that we get to spend as a family, not fighting about chores, vacuuming or cleaning bathrooms. Having Merry Maids come and clean helps our family keep up with the running of the house. It isn't overwhelming when you get behind because of busy school and work schedules, they help everything get caught up and more.

The same staff member cleans my apartment every time, and therefore is familiar with my expectations for each visit; this enables her to clean most efficiently.
