We love our "regular team" and they do a wonderful job cleaning our home.
After Merry Maids cleaned my home after construction, I have selected them to come to my home to clean once a month.
The gals are always very pleasant and do a thorough job. The reason I did not give a 10 is because of the price if you are not on a regular cleaning routine. I feel I have done enough business with Merry Maids over the past years to warrant a much better price on a less regular basis. How much would it be if it was every three weeks instead of every other week?
I have only had the deep-clean (1st visit) so far but everything is so much cleaner than I could get it myself with my own products.

The place is always so clean and shiny when they leave. They even clean the inside of our microwave, and the range top just glistens. But our main reason for hav ing them is the bathrwooms where they excel. the shower door is so clean you wouldn't know it was there.
I like how responsive Merry Maids has proven to be with our requests. I have an unusual household. I have a 92 year old living here. Angelica and Concepciom are so respectful and kind to her. Not that would expect anything else but they are just very kind with her.
Everything looked great, when I returned home it was sparkling clean.
The detail. cleaning small spot I don't think to and then noticing they are clean is nice.
I love the girls most of all. They help me with little things I can't do, like getting something that is too high for me to reach or lift. I don't want to recommend them to anyone because they might not have time to clean for us. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Minerva has been cleaning my home for 10 years, and she's been able to clean around 6 kids, 2 cats and tons of clutter caused by my illnesses. I can trust the team to clean what they can and leave what they cannot clean alone. They also always go above and beyond what any other service would do. They have picked up toys, clothing and books. Those things should never be in their way, but they never use it as an excuse to leave something uncleaned. This might not seem like much, but to a family with 6 kids who have special needs, and a parent who has chronic illnesses affecting everything from immunity to mobility, it is a HUGE deal.
