The service has been more consistent recently. If something was missed a phone call usually gets the matter addressed immediately or the next visit. The clean products used are not harsh or leave a chemical scent.

I do feel the gals aren't doing quite the job as when they first started. Used to take about 1 1/2 hours and now if seems they are in and out in an hour. But for the most part I happy.
