Reliability and frendliness
I really appreciate that you are timely and keep in touch with homeowners. Most Merry Maids cleaners are very good and treat my home with care. As far as products, I wish you used stronger and more fragrant products. I have a white sink, and must leave out cleaner with bleach in order to get it the kind of clean I expect. Also, with stainless steel appliances, I leave out special cleaning products to get them properly clean. I don't feel your cleaning products achieve the same results.
