Merry Maids does a wonderful job of cleaning the areas/rooms that I have listed as a priority. It is always a delightful experience to enter my home after Merry Maids has been there!

I like that Merry Maids brings all their own cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment so I don't have to purchase them. Sheila is an excellent and provides amazing customer service and listens to my feedback she's great to be part of the management team.

The hose smells good. My requests to customize service have been carried out- I need my hearth swept, but not mopped, for example.

everything looked great when i got home. all the heavy cleaning (floors, bathrooms, vacuuming was done) which is what i wanted. the price was reasonable and it was done in an appropriate amount of time. and they managed to do it all with 3 cats and 2 dogs underfoot! (lol :)

Merry Maids was great! By far the cheapest service in the area. The two cleaners came on time and finished cleaning everything in about 1.5 hours. They were extremely friendly and Sheila was great! I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the area and will definitely call them for a move-out clean.

We like the consistency of having the same cleaner every time, we love Christina's work and attitude, she's great and we feel she does a great job for us, we are very glad to have her back now on a regular basis.

Merry Maids has done a great job cleaning my home. It's nice to come home to a clean house and not have to do any of the work of cleaning.

The house was quite clean. It is not a 10 because the quality does depend on which person comes each time. And...this past time....the backdoor was left unlocked.
