I appreciate how friendly they are and their professionalism. They are also very honest. One time they broke something and they called me right away. They said they could take it to the shop to fix it or pay me for it. I told her to try to fix it. They did such an amazing job of repair you can't even see the crack. I have been with Merry Maids for thirteen years.

I called Merry Maids looking for house cleaners for the very next day. I know it was short notice, but as I expected they were fully booked up. The person on the phone was very nice and helpful. I told her I couldn't wait, I needed someone ASAP. I tried calling several other companies, who wouldn't even clean without going to property to see the job. Then within 10 minutes Merry Maids called me back, worked out their schedule so they can make time early morning the very next day to clean. They sent 2 women who showed up right on time. They brought all the cleaning supplies, did an excellant job have no complaints. They were very nice and professional.
Merry Maids quoted me a price over the phone, and did their job. Their the best, and was very happy with this company. Would refer them to anybody who needs maid service.

The girls who clean do a fabulous job for me. I have medical conditions and cant do it myself but I love a clean house. They always are cheerful. They ask if I have anything special that needs to be done. I love my girls!

I have used you for 18 yrs and you have usually been very diligent in you cleaning. There have been occasions when you have missed some things but very infrequently and for the most part no at all. Over all your work is excellent and would recommend you to anyone and I have done so in the past.
