I like that the maids are very friendly and willing to work around me when I'm home (and I usually am). I'm ill and I'm always worried I will be in their way. They are always very sweet and kind to me.

I love the way the house SMELLS when they finish, like a high-end hotel or something! Whatever it is they're using as a cleanser, it really works and you KNOW the place has been cleaned. I could EAT that stuff!!

I appreciate the call I get ahead of time reminding me about the appointment, especially when they can give me a time range.

And mostly, I appreciate their willingness to accomodate my request for the same maid to come as often as possible. I've never had a major problem with any of the maids, but CHRISTINA consistantly impresses me and I feel especially safe with her. Even if something looks clean (like it did right after I moved and got a lot of new furnishings), she's going to clean it BETTER. She'll find the dirt. You can hear her scrubbing. You see her on her knees. And she's the captain, so I know that she will motivate whoever comes with her to make the best use of the time and clean thoroughly.

The attention to details in every room was as promised and more. Also the time scheduled was as requested today.

All the women were lovely and kind. They always asked questions when needed and were really friendly while they cleaned the house. When they were done I was so surprised because my house is pretty big but they finished in due time and it smelled great.

I like that 2 people come. Takes 1/2 the time if one person. Always polite and courteous. They always do their best to make my old floors and counters shine.

Tehy keep me clean and hygenically protected. I like the bathroom fragrance. The conviviality of the professionals who clean are excellent.
