My house always smells clean after Merry Maids has been here. They are friendly and efficient and do a great job.
When workers had finished each floor, they asked me to check to see if things were to my liking. I asked them to redo the carpet where there were streaks due to how they vacuumed, and they complied willingly and nicely. Also, when asked, they straightened the Venetian blinds. Additionally, the workers were professional.
Request: It would make it convenient for me to receive an email or text the day before the workers come, so I have an idea as to the estimated time of arrival. That way, I can plan accordingly and not have to call the office the day of cleaning. That would be appreciated greatly.
Fair prices and the "move-out" cleaning they did for us was fantastic!! Would definitely reccomend.

The ladies that arrived on time and asked me where to start and they began working right away. They were very considerably focused on getting everything perfect. They cleaned every they could reach.
The apartment was so clean it was GREAT !! I will use the company again and I have asked for the same ladies again.

I liked the service. The cleaning team did a good job in the time allotted. I am not a fan of the cleaning products used on the floors. It left a residue on the hardwood floors and on the granite floors in the baths. Same for the countertops. This is why I did not give a higher rating.

very professional and use only green products
The products used in my house are septic and pet friendly and that is important to me. The girls are usually open to try products I find that work well. The work they do in a short amount of time is great. They have their process and each knows what has to be done. I have recommended the service to friends.
