Very reliable, very courteous. My one and only complaint is that sometimes the things that are obviously dirty have to be pointed out. It's as if they establish a routine that is the easiest or quickest to do, but are not really looking at the room in its totality.

The ladies are very timely, friendly and do a wonderful job. The only complaint is the items moved to be cleaned are not put back into original place.
Ladies do a very thorough job and are friendly, neat and accomodating to any special requests. Whenever you call the line they are very responsive and follow up as soon as possible, even calling on weekends and late evenings if you request it.

Merry Maids staff make the service. They are hard working, always pleasant, reliable and do great work! My elderly mother has Alzheimers. MM staff work around our schedule and are very sensitive to our family's needs for my Mom. I always say a prayer of thanksgiving and blessing for our MM staff everytime they come over! I strongly MM recommend without hesitation!

The ladies are Always on time, show up when expected, and the house is cleaned well and things are organized neatly. They are extremely friendly. I have known my team of ladies for years now and they have watched my children grown up. They've always been talkative and concerned enough to ask about the well being of my family. They've become part of our family in a way.
