We have been pleased with our team - and substitute team - sent by Merry Maids of South King County since March 2022. As long as our fixed income budget allows, we'll keep the scheduled appointments, plus at least once a year add fridge/stove too. Cleaning products seem to work well.

It's wonderful to have clean bathrooms, floors, kitchen, living room and vacuumed rugs! We do our best to help process by clearing knickknacks so more efficient cleaning can be done.

We appreciate the friendly manner and professionalism of Kristi and Katlin. They are timely and efficient and complete the To Do Clean List. Also, Kristi asks if I have any additional work, I'd like them to do. Don't know much about the products; will need to ask how environmentally friendly they are.

I've recommended Merry Maids of South King County to those in the area. As retired seniors on fixed incomes, it is something we had to consider seriously. However, it has saved us stress and strain of having to clean bathrooms, kitchen, floors etc. At this point, doubt very much we'd give up this wonderful service - especially if Kristi and Katlin continue to be our Merry Maids.

I actually don't pay much attention to the products used. How well things are cleaned are more important. Most of the cleaning teams do very well and do rooms in the order that I need them. Usually the cleaning and personalities of the staff are very good.

Excellent service and staff

Our experience was a positive one. The crew arrived on time and did more cleaning in the timeframe then we expected. There was some feedback that not all the dishes were washed as planned but the rest of the job was more then satisfactory.

Deep clean

The staff were a whirlwind. They came in and scrubbed everything down to the owners liking and they completed it within a two hour window.
